Delivery FAQ's

We offer free, contactless deliveries within 20 miles of our location in El Cerrito. The charge for deliveries in the 21 - 30 miles range is $10 and for deliveries in the 31-45 mile range we charge $20 with a $100 minimum order.

We deliver in the entire San Francisco Bay Area and some of our items ship nation wide.

We deliver Tuesdays thru Saturdays.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering or at least 3 days prior to the delivery for a full refund. Cancellations within 3 days of the delivery date will not be refunded.

Return Policy

Since our product is perishable we do not offer returns. If for any reason, you are not happy with our flowers, we will issue a refund or replacement. Please contact Katharina at 510-406 3404 or kat@katharinastuart.com.
